In the neighbourhood of the famous "spodek" (concert and sports hall) Rank Progress SA plans to build a Multifunctional Centre with the total area of 93,000 m².

Rank Tower Centre will consist of three towers (168, 184 and 200 meters tall) in the shape of an orchid calyx. The property will comprise of residential buildings, office and service area (including a hotel), and commercial and recreational facilities.

Currently, the company is working on the conceptual design, performs pre-design work and conducts relevant administrative, formal and legal procedures in order to accomplish the project.
