| EDEN Retail Park in Zgorzelec |

The EDEN retail park in Zgorzelec at Jeleniogórska street has the total area of 9,942 m2 and 8,196 m2 of commercial area, and a car park for 318 vehicles. The EDEN Retail Park was built directly next to the CARREFOUR Słowiańska shopping centre, which was also developed by Rank Progress, in the neighbourhood of the newly built LEROY MERLIN hypermarket.
Location of the EDEN retail park on the outskirts of the city, in the immediate vicinity of the above-mentioned shopping centres, determined the design of the property. It stands out with its arched roofing at the entrance, large display windows, and colourful façades as the only sophisticated features in an otherwise austere building. The EDEN retail park was opened on 28 May 2008. A month later, Abercromby sp. z o.o. took over the ownership under a proper agreement. |

In October 2008, we completed another part of the Galeria Piastów shopping complex. The entrance to the new building, covering the area of almost five thousand square metres, is a mirror image of the entrance to the existing complex.
H&M and New Yorker shops moved in to the first two floors taking up the area of two thousand sq metres. There are also 21 high-standard apartments on the top two floors.
